We’re making an impact

Enhancing the health of Hawaiʻi’s native ecosystems through strategic land management practices that conserve, restore, and perpetuate the ʻāina for future generations.

Our Mission

Adam Laeha’s deep-rooted passion for plants and conservation led him to establish Kīpuka Land Management (KLM), a company dedicated to restoring native ecosystems and advancing sustainable land stewardship in Hawaiʻi.

KLM collaborates with private landowners, local stakeholders, and funding agencies to develop, finance, and implement strategic conservation initiatives. Areas of focus include invasive species management, native forest reforestation, agroforestry, and erosion control, utilizing nature-based solutions to mitigate runoff and strengthen watershed health. Through these efforts, KLM is committed to safeguarding Hawaiʻi’s unique ecosystems while fostering sustainable land management practices that ensure long-term environmental resilience for future generations.
